TOPIC: Adding Home fitness programs to exercise choices

I think you should add home fitness programs such as P90X, P90X 2, Isanity , Isanity: The Asylum, Rev Abs etc to your list of of exercises. Some of us do those programs and it makes it hard to list what exactly our exercise is.

All of those would be under "callisthenics" if you don't use weights

callisthenics are exercises using just your body weight as resistance.

Or, you can get a heart rate monitor and add your own exercise entries under any name you want. Those activities are probably too difficult to gauge an accurate calorie burn for all users so you'd be best to track your own burn and add your own exercises. Just go to the exercise tab and there should be "MY EXERCISES" can create a new entry there.
