I'm trying to get a badge for my tumblr blog, and when I click on the badge link it comes up with an error that I can't access the server.

Also, I'm trying to update my ticker as my starting weight is 216, not 208. I enter in 216 and save and it just reverts back to 208 again even though I can change the current weight and goal weight with success.

Edit: I managed to get my ticker to work, but I still want a badge for my blog. The size of the ticker is just to large for my blogs layout.

I'm having the same issue with badges:

You don't have permission to access /badges on this server.

Yes, this is exactly what mine is coming up with too!

It's definitely frustrating, a badge would be a really cool visual to incorporate into my blog.

I'm having an issue with my ticker too. I've lost weight, entered in my new weight, but my ticker is still saying I have lost nothing grrr. I've tried refreshing and logging out and back in again but it hasn't changed :(

My ticker also isn't changing although I saved my new weight today.

Sad times.

I am having the same problem with my weight - I lost three pounds (!!!) but it still has me at the old weight! Why couldn't it have done this the day I gained three...

For the "ticker" problems
it's generally fixed via
tools > ticker > update weight data, there are 3 fields there (start, current and goal)

if that doesn't trigger the fix you are seeking
my home > check in > edit previous entries

the badge and ticker are "dumb tools" that compare your starting weight (first weight you entered into MFP while setting up profile usually) to your current weight.. so if you started at 150, gained to 160 and lost to 151.. yeah sure you lost 9 lbs from your new high, but you are actually 1 lb heavier than your starting weight so there is no loss for the badge/ ticker to report.

Same as if you start at 150 gain to 155 and lose to 145... that's "10 lbs" from your new high but compared to your starting weight it's only a 5 lb loss for the ticker to show...

Hmmm I didn't do anything and it's magically fixed itself lol. Oh well, I'm not complaining!

Currently, there's not a way to permanently ( or temporarily) display your ticker on FB. this is a popular request that we're working on. Thanks for asking!

All the best,
