Hello I'm new here just signed up yesterday. I can use all the support I can get. I have around 122lbs to lose. I have some limitations to exercising. I have fibromyalgia and if I over do it I will be down for days. I am a terrible eater, I love healthy foods, however I also love junk foods. I am an emotional eater, if I am stressed I tend to eat, sad...i eat, happy ...i eat...and so on.. and I don't mean just eat I mean OVER eat. I have been like this all my life. I am really putting my foot down and trying to make myself buckle down and get healthy I'm tired of not being comfortable in my own body. My energy levels are pretty low.. but I have to start somewhere. So here I am. :) Hello everyone. :)

Hi there,

I had to google fibromyalgia - it sounds painful :(

Good job for wanting to get more healthy.

My biggest tip for you would be to find some healthy foods that you like to substitute the junk foods when you want to binge.

Also will walking upset your fibromyalgia? Why not get into walking with a good audio book or something?

Good luck!

Hello, Thank you. About a week ago I was at the highest weight I had ever been at (I weighed myself and I had lost 7 lbs kind of out of no where.) I am a single mom of a 6 year old lil girl who needs me, and I want to be a good role model for everything but especially when it comes to food. I should be fine with the walking as long as I start out small, just like with everything else. I get muscle spasms in my back and thighs. But that is what I'm starting with is the walking. Water exercise is also good, so I'm going to try to do that this summer. I will also be watching my 6 year old niece and my 2 yr old cousin this summer.. so 3 kids in the pool with just 1 adult and tryin to do exercise isn't going to work. So i'll have to save them for when I just have my daughter or can go alone.
