Wow you guys have some wild goals...congrats...for my first month and in keeping with the C25K I will set a goal of 36 miles ran and 16 miles walked for the month of June...

Did 6 miles walking, 10miles pedalling (exercise bike). If I start off the month racking up double digits then I should comfortably make my goal.

This will be my first challenge on here to participate in - sounds great! I will go for 70 miles for the month of June! How do you add the ticker? Also, can I go back and add what I did yesterday?

@hperowl: To use the ticker from tickerfactory, you go to their site and follow the prompts until you have the ticker you want, then you copy the bbcode and paste it in your post here. You have to update it and re-paste it each time.

Yes it will let you add yesterdays, you want to since it was 6/1 and it counts.

Welcome to all the newbies! smile We're all glad you're here!

A couple of things - you join by saying I want to join - so you all already have.

You definitely can count miles/kms from 6/1.

I put a step by step ticker help post at the bottom of page 6 of this thread. If you're needing help, check there.

Dinos keeps a spreadsheet of all the A$$ movers, so he will add you to that. Don't forget to come back often and post your progress.

Feels good to get off to a good start!

June 1 - 2 miles walk (and 5 miles horseback - but it doesn't count if my legs aren't the power!)
June 2 - 15 miles exercise bike
