Are there any MFP members living in South African and successfully using MFP?

Please let me know as I am having difficulty converting KJ's to Calories..

I am in Cape Town :)

1 kilojoule = 0.239005736 kilocalories

So I just multiply the kilojoules by 0.239 when I am working it out.
Using the site with great success so far. Once your most frequent foods are added to the database it's really easy.

I figured there were other South Africans floating around because I found my bokomo muesli so quickly :)
