Sorry, this is a question, not a recipe.
I see a lot of cool recipes on this site for "healthy protein" desserts, and most of these call for the inclusion of whey protein. I was wondering whether egg protein powder cooks similarly to whey protein, or is heating up egg protein powder a bad idea?
