I'm not real big on rants, however today I have something that, I think, is worth ranting about... The Google Doodle, or lack thereof, celebrating Memorial Day.
Google is a company that should truly appreciate the freedom that has been provided by those fallen soldiers that we remember today. Much of what Google profits from, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, etc., are only available to the citizens of this Nation because brave men and women have given their lives to protect and preserve those freedoms. Google says that they have not created a Memorial Day Doodle because they would want to make sure it was done in good taste and did not offend anyone. I say CRAP. Take a look at the occasions that Google thought deserving of their efforts: http://www.google.com/doodles/finder/2012/All%20doodles
Just thought there may be others who would want to make a note of this thing.
