TOPIC: Help putting foods in "my foods"

I've added my basics to breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack but it makes it look like I've been on a binge today : P
How do get the stuff I use most often to show up in My Foods? I scan barcodes to enter most items.

"my foods" is just that... "MY foods" that you have either entered to the database yourself or edited the nutritional info on an item.

Recent / most used are the lists you use to log stuff repeatedly from without searching for it from scratch. You can't "build" a list of foods for use unless they are entered into your diary so they'd show on one of the most used /recent tabs

You can also have it so that ANY food you have used for any meal can be logged in any other meal slot without searching for it from scratch again. This is done on the food > food diary > pick a meal and click add food (past this point I base the info as if you had picked lunch, if you picked another meal substitute your meal name

on the "add food to lunch" page there is the search box to type what food you want to add, RIGHT below that search box it says "or add favorites for lunch" click that word lunch and pick the only other option "all meals" profit by logging your dinner items for lunch, breakfast items for dinner or whatever combination you can come up with across your up to 6 meals a day.
