TOPIC: Iphone app is not able to sync

Lately my Iphone app MyFitnessPal trys to synchronize and then eventually gives the option to Try Again or Go Offline. Any suggestions on how to fix it.

Our apologies if you are having a problem with your iPhone app syncing. Can you try force closing the app and then go back into it to see if that helps. If that does not help, can you please contact us at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/welcome/contact_us


To completely close the app, first leave the app by pressing the hardware Home button (the circle with the white square inside of it).

Then, double-click the hardware Home button. A row of application icons should appear on the bottom of the screen. Scroll through them and find MyFitnessPal, then hold your finger on the icon until the icons start to jiggle and a "-" appears. Tap on the "-" to completely close the app.

It is happening on my DROID phone as well. I thought it was just me.
