Hi all Happy Friday:) Finished power90 today:) its been a great ride but now to challenge myself with my 3rd program with turbo fire. below are my final day 1 and day 90 power9 results...28lbs and 20.5 inches lost also there is a day 1 slim in 6 and day 90 power90 total overall is 48lbs:)) feel free to add me:)

Nice..! I must say that the Power90 works great...And it doesn't kill you...P90X thats a whole different beast....

I bought Powrer 90 but I didn't stick with it. I have a bad shoulder and there was too much stuff that I just couldn't do. I do like the fat burner dvd though I just got away from doing it and went with something else for the time. Congrats on your loss!

I am thinking of doing Power 90 once i am done my Butt Bible. My hubby is doing Power 90 now and he likes it. And it's working for him also! :)
