So I've been doing the 30 Day shred and Ripped in 30. Since I haven't been able to run.
There is a Family Reunion coming up at the end of June. It's a Pool Party. So I have about a month to look good.
I was talking to my husband about it today. He says I should do P90. I think doing the Shred and Ripped will do just as good. Plus I'm not sure I'm "ready" for P90.
What do you all think?
Should I bite the bullet and just do P90... Or am I just as good doing what I've been doing.

P90X is much more intense. (IMHO) If you have the DVD's or know someone that you can borrow them from, I would do it. See which you like better.
Really want to blast the fat? Attack and overhaul your eating plan!! Abs are made in the kitchen.
