OMG SO TRUE!!!! =( Chocolate, cake, candy, or anything with a high sugar content. =( It makes me so sad! They taste so gross and sugary!!!! Apples are sweet enough for me. False! No cheat with a salad from McD's. Also love the fruit and yogurt parfait....
