TOPIC: Customizing specific amounts of macros

I built another bookmarklet that adds more advanced features to the custom goals editor including macros by gram and setting a macro to fill any calories not allocated to the other macros:

I can't get this to work. Could it be because I'm on a mac?

Just reverse the calculations and figure out the percentage yourself. It's pretty easy to calculate in my opinon... send me your numbers and I'll send you the percentage if you like.

I never understand why people make such inane statements. No one is saying that it's hard or impossible to calculate percentages based off of absolute values, but then again neither is it hard or impossible to just write down your calories and macros and how much you ate on a sheet of paper daily.

And yet here we are, on a website, doing just that for us. Weird huh?

go to "goals" ..."change goals" .." custom" then continue... and BAM but you can only do it on the webpage not on the app

Does anyone know if there's a way to change my macros, b ut not based on %? For example I want to increase my Carb intake 10g a week during an initial bulking phase. As far as I can tell, you can only round to the nearest % in 5% increments, which isn't great.

Outstanding! This is great, now I can stop using Sparks! Thanks!

I want this too! So bad! I need min 130 gram protein, 175 g carb, 35-40 g fat but that's totally the wrong numbers apparently according to my fitness pal. Hope they change it!

But can somebody explain to me how to change the % as you guys are talking about?!

Thanks :)

Dear Posters,

Thanks for taking the time to post these great suggestions (and solutions) and request regarding the customizability of macros. We will definitely consider these suggestions for a future update.

In the meantime, thanks so much for using the program.

Change the percentages of macronutrients to grams please !!!

Olivia,

As well as the macro grams changes et al, can you also add the ability to adjust macro values for different days in the week to allow for Macro Cycling etc.. on to the future upgrades please?

Thanks.
