is it just me or is anyone else having a problem with their MFP app on their phone?

My app just keeps saying syncing :( hasn't opened for about 3 days now

Mine won't open my home page. Just says an unexpected error occurred....dismiss :( The other 4 (diary, friends, etc) pages work just fine.

This sounds like an issue with the Android app that a few users are having. Can you use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to reach us by email, so that we can collect some diagnostic data around this problem?

Hi Folks,

I wasn't sure if some of you were reporting issues with the Android app, the iPhone app, or BlackBerry/Windows Phone.

If the app seems stuck in syncing (or any other mode) force closing it often resolves the issue.

On an iOS device: To completely close the app, first leave the app by pressing the hardware Home button (the circle with the white square inside of it).

Then, double-click the hardware Home button. A row of application icons should appear on the bottom of the screen. Scroll through them and find MyFitnessPal, then hold your finger on the icon until the icons start to jiggle and a "-" appears. Tap on the "-" to completely close the app. Then press the home button once more to settle things back to normal. Finally, relaunch the app.

On Android: from the home page click the menu button then manage apps, then look for the "running" section, find MFP, and tap "force stop."

if this doesn't resolve your issue, please reply with details about what phone you're using, and we'll do our best to get you up and running again.

This might help track down the issue. Worked fine yesterday. But I had 3G Verizon and air card.
Today I have new jet pack hot spot and 4G. And the app won't load, just says sync...

Something is up... Got it to load, search stopped working.
Then I got a server error again... iOS app.

Then server errors here on the site as well! Kept trying to get to post this...

I've been having problems on here. It will say application problem... something like that. When that happens, I notice my app doesn't sync.

if you like them on facebook, they let everyone know when the site is down... i usually check there

I couldn't get my Android app to sync tonight for some reason. It just kept saying that it was syncing although my phone was connected to wifi and I've never really had any problems syncing before when it's like that.
