If you remove them and still see their feed it's because you have friends in common. You can hide their feed. That works!

In the feed there's something on the top right that says "Hide" (or something similar) that'll do it!

I know MFP aware of this glitch and are working on fixing it. Use the 'hide' function, if their feed updates are annoying?

I've hit the hide button twice now on the regular site but they are still popping up on the mobile site! And I've deleted them as a friend weeks ago! Argh! Help!

Ok... Ihave a different question.. One of my friends can't see any of my post unless she goes
To my profile picture. I noticed the hide button and told her about it . Would this be the only way That would have stopped her from seeing my post.. We are still friends she just can't see The post...

You can hide their feed or I think even block them. I've used the block in the past and it works well. You never hear from them again. I expect the person is a friend of a friend and you will get their messages.

I'm having the same issue. Someone removed me, but I still see their feed, just can't comment. If they removed me, I def. don't want to still see their feed. I've "hid" them multiple times but it still pops up! So strange

Same thing here. The "HIDE" doesn't really work long & continues on my phone app. It's so annoying. I was going to delete my account and start over with the friends I want still, but then my days logged wouldn't carry over =( One of the ones I deleted is SO annoying and posts things every 2 minutes, I have to scroll forever to give support and pay attention to the reason I have this. It's not Facebook or twitter, errr!

We're very sorry for the recurring "old friends" on the newsfeeds of some users.
If you'll contact me directly at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/steven and let me know the names that should not be appearing, I'll add them to the bug ticket that we are using to resolve this issue. Again, our apologies. We are close to a resolution for this issue. Steven MyFitnessPal Staff |
