TOPIC: foods list/ Water consumed

I have used myfitnesspal for several years and although my personal goal has not been reached yet, it is not the fault of this web-site. I find the layout and visual aids very helpful and motivating and I suggest it to everyone who I know is interested in reducing their weight.

Today as I deleted foods I no longer eat from the list, I found the process tiresome. A check all box with the ability to uncheck before deleting would be quicker. The only other disappointment I have with layout of myfitnesspal is that I am not able to track my water consumption by the day, week, or month under report progress. This could be helpful because I have found the amount of water consumed has a direct relationship to weight loss. I again want to tell you I enjoy how your web site is constructed and it is a great modivator when used correctly and consistantly. Thank you for your dedication DLS
