Hi everyone!

Ive been a serial dieter for over 5 years and my cupboard is crammed with WW products, tins of slimfast, rosemary conley portion pots and everything else under the sun.

Ive flitted from one diet to the next and Ive reliased that Im probably doing more harm than good as my poor body doesnt know when (or IF) its getting another meal! So, ive been looking on the internet, have done some research and realised that the only healthy, long substanable way of losing weight is to eat halthy and throw a little exercise into the mix!

So, here I am! All 245lb of me!!!!!

I would LOVE some friends along the way, to help, support and have a laugh with so please feel free to add me. The more support the less likely I am to fall off the wagon and keep my ulitmate goal in reach! x

You got this! Take it day by day (they really seem to pass by quickly) Any bit of progress, not matter how small, will add up to something big. Just keep moving forward! Stay on that wagon. I have my own. It is a radio flyer and as long as I am pulling my little one, I know I am moving and that can only get me to my goal.

I'll be happy to friend you, I have just started my 7 day count down to bariatric surgery. I am on a pre-op diet this week of 800 calories a day. I've yo yo'd for he past 20 years since I finished chemo for breast cancer. I finally made the decision 6 months ago to go radical and healthy. I am at 252lbs and went on a binge the 2 months before my surgery date. Ugh. I'll need lots of support and will be happy to help you.
