TOPIC: MFP app not syncing

Is anyone else using the MFP app on your smart phone? If so, are you having trouble with it? I haven't been able to log anything for 1-1/2 days b/c MFP won't sync. HELP!!!

No problems here. Just checked my phone and everything is synced up.

Mine only has trouble syncing when I haven't had internet service for a while. Maybe there's an issue with your wifi connection??

Mine has been working just fine. I saw on a different post that you can:

1. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

or

2. Contact the MFP staff and they will take a look at your account to troubleshoot the issue.

I've had problems with it not syncing, or it taking a loooong long time to sync. Its usually a problem with my 4g connection. My phones a little drama queen, anything less than wifi or 4g and it refuses to load anything.

Whenever mine doesnt sync pc changes to the app, i go on the app and add a glass of water. forces it to sink without changing calories

I tried rebooting my phone. When I click on the app, the orange box pops up that says synchronizing foods...
