Hey,
Great job on the app. You guys are really making a difference in people's lives. My suggestion ... Could you design a desktop widget for Android cell phones (and other OS with the facility). It would be cool to have the stats on the desktop as a constant reminder, rather than having to click on the app icon. Cheers! |

I'll triple this motion - a widget on my phone would be a quick and easy way to make inputs. It would also be a good reminder on my phone for me to actually do these inputs which sometimes I do forget or get lazy.

Yes, a widget! One that had an option to bring up the barcode scanner

YES! This is the only thing that FatSecret still has MFP beat on. Otherwise, excellent work! I went with your app over theirs after only one day of testing. Thanks!

One more vote for a widget! I just found this thread after trying to add one to my phone because it seemed like a no-brainer that there would be one. If I could see how many calories I have left for the day right on the desktop, and tap it to launch MFP to log food/exercise, that would be killer.

Wow...what an awesome suggestion. I am an Android app user too.
This and the option to see each meals nutritional value (like you can on the website) would make two great additions to the smartphone app.

Definitely a good idea to have a widget. Would be great to choose whether it showed weight lost or weight left to lose, then you could even put 2 side-by-side on the desktop is wanted, to see both :)
