I am currently 128 lb (58.3kg) and I love the size that I am, however I am in the process of losing more body fat & gaining more muscle... I have been around this weight (58.3-59kg) since March, however I am fine with this as I have continued to lose inches all over my body. :-) I am now a comfortable size 8 Australian (size 4 USA and size 6 UK)! smile So proud of myself! Never thought this day would ever come.

goal right now is 125, but i'll see if 120 is where i really wanna be when i get to 125.

I'm 5'5" and on my way to 130 lbs! I want to be somewhat cut though so I'll take anywhere between 125-135 with muscles.

I'm 5'4 and I would like to see me at 120lb but that's still a bit away so my initial goal is 125 then we'll see from there!

5'5' woman here. My goal weight is 134. (215lbs now) Goal size: 14 < (Current size: 18w)

I have been told by many doctors to 'Loose weight, exercise more" But that it is, then I get dropped like a newborn baby. *plop*
I weight 215 right now and have been battle from 315 for the past 7 years. Medical problems, but one is from weight. Odd isent it? I am embarsed and need help but not these places that only want your money. I need people help that are in my shoes...not them.

I don't fit the 5'3..but I'm 5"2 and I would like to weigh 135-140lbs current weight 150-153lbs I used to weigh 185

I'm 5'3 and my current goal is around 115. I really just want to drop my body fat percentage though and be more toned overall. I started at 145 and my current weight is 129.

5'4" and 135-140-depending on my muscle tone and body fat...ultimately would like that around 20%!

Im 5'5" befor i started having kids i was 120!!! But my goal right now is 165 then after that 120 would be nice again

5'4 and I would be happy being 170 or less. But right now I am just looking forward to being under 200. :)

I'm 5'4 and I would LOVE to get to 130. Trying to push myself to exercise more, that is where I really lack discipline! Working on moving at least 4-5 times a week v. my usual 2-3.

5'5 and my goal is 130. I have only ever weighed this once after tonsillitis, but when I got better I felt great. My usual low stagnates around 145.

I am also 5'5" and have struggeled going up and down with weight.. listening to other people is part of the reason i went off the deep end last time and gained 50 lbs in about 4 months... You will get to your goal weight you just have to find your inner strength...( and everyone has it so you will do amazing with your weight loss).... also the smallest weight i was at before was 144 lbs and was a size 10 so your goal size and goal weight dont seem to match but i could be wrong everyone has a diff body type... but on the brighter side with dedication you will reach your goal size of 14 in no time and start building that self confidence and see amazing results !!!
