i am set at sedentary level and eat back my exercise cals. i walk to work (from the bus stop) 3-5 times a week which my hrm says burns 220 cals in total (there and back) its about 25 min fast walk in total. cause i do it daily should i count the calories and eat them back or just accept its part of my daily routine and i do it anyway and its not extra.....?
what do you think? what should i do? thank you x

Well I would and i do. Its exercise. Ask your doctor, thats what he will tell you. And I don't eat back my calories. Someone may tell you different but everyone does what works for them.

You can. Or you can adjust your activity level to accommodate for the daily walk.
