Hi all,

I generally follow a low-ish carb diet. I eat wholegrain carbs up until dinner time and then don't have starchy carbs but lots of veg.

How many grams per day is considered low carb?

Thank u xxx

that depends on your definition of low carb, for some its below about 80 grams a day, but for others who follow a ketogenic diet, then it's usually below 20 grams.

I've heard different arguments on this. I've heard under 100 grams is considered "low carb" but to me 100 grams is more moderate carb. I think it depends on you really. I feel better watching my carbs, and keeping them under 100 carbs since I notice I feel much better, and little to no cravings.

I consider:
Very low <35
Low <100
Moderate <150
