Sat May 5th---walked 4 miles
Sun May 6th---walked 3 miles ...for a total of 63 miles left to walk :)

nothing saturday
sunday - 6.2 miles (10K mud/obstacle run) at miami zoo with a 6 other women...great fun experience - horrible time lol but we had 1 with no big toenail (surgically removed the wednesday before) and 1 who has a 15min mile pace when we are all 11-12....we promised no ***** left behind and so we all hung out together even though 5 of us were dying to run ahead LOL... 26.26/80 miles complete.... today is supposed to be a rest day but i might walk a little while nick is at TKD - we'll see - i only have my flipflops though.... denise

Well, I'm getting my very slow start started... 1 mile yesterday and 2 miles today for a total of 3 miles for the month, so far.

I am setting my May goal at 70 miles. I am a beginner runner and love to walk. I should have no issues getting the 70 miles in. |

3.6 miles of cycling in a short cardiac rehab session. May try to get to the gym again tonight to do a little more.

I think I might be crazy or addicted to running. I left home at 4:30 am to meet a running group for 4:45 am. What in the world? My alarm for work doesn't go off until 5:45 am. I ran my 3.14 miles in under 40 minutes, stretched, went home, and got ready for work. To my surprise I wasn't tired all day. Humm? Might have to try that one again.

AWESOME thinktank!!!!
I moved my @ss 6.25 miles today. .5.25 Running/fFAST walking on T.M. and 1 mile cool down on the bike PLUS my Jillian Michaels Body Rev workout!!! I had a great calorie burn!!! weight loss forum today for free weight loss support!

Went back to the gym tonight and did another 4.82 miles on the cycle and elliptical since cardiac rehab earlier today was a lighter session.
20.145 miles down and 39.855 miles to hit my goal. |
