Should I intake more calories for nursing? Is there a setting on this that will calculate that?

Add one instance of breastfeeding per day under your cardio exercise and set it between 300-500 calories (closer to 300 if the baby is eating other foods and closer to 500 if she's only on breastmilk).

yep, that's what I do too. I added a cardio exercise that is 1 minute and burns 500 calories.

That's some good cardio!

When you look back in a year's time, will you be saying, "I'm so glad I stuck it out!" or "Why did I waste another year?"
