I had tropicana orange juice and a DUnkin Donut coffee.
Lunch soon will be tuna with celery and olives on 2 slices of Sarah Lee reduced fat wheat honey bread. It is so delicious (90 calories).

Eggbeaters, Spinach, 1 wedge of garlic/herb laughing cow, & peppadew mustard. Microwaved until "scrambled". I think this may be my favorite "go to" breakfast.

Egg sandwich (1 egg, 1 slice of american cheese and 2 slices of Udi's bread) and my morning coffee. I'm going to the gym soon and will have a berry smoothie (frozen mixed berries, vanilla soy milk, honey, cinnamon) before I go.
