How do you change the measured portion of this program.... For example.....1g to 1 teaspoon or 1 cup?

you can't change the displayed measurement type for a given food... pick another of the multiple results that comes up and you may find one in the measurement type you need... tsp instead of cups... instead of grams...instead of ounces... if you can't find the right measurement type go to google and in the search box type "convert 1 tsp to cups" or whatever you want to convert... it may not accomplish a gram to cup conversion as grams of one item... think a cup of rice crisps in a cup would be very few but fill that same cup with uncooked rice and it weighs a lot more...

Are you asking because you don't have digital scales?
