Hey I need some motivational buddies for this. I am starting to fall off track after 35 days. I already lost 8 pounds but I need to lose six more before Memorial Day and its very hard because I am a small person to begin with.
I am 23, my goal weight is 100. I want to be comfortable wearing a bathing suit in public which I havent done in twelve years.
Anyone have any good quick exercise ideas? I bartend and manage a bar so its hard for me to find time to work out with my crazy schedule.

It's hard for me too. I have had to result to spending my break time at work waking lol. But whatever works, right! I work 12 hour shifts and it's not easy to do all that I'd like to do.
