I think it would be helpful if there was report to show your progress on strength training to see how far you've come and how much stronger you are.

This report could be where the first column could list exercises you have performed. The top row could be dates (which you would have the option to select). Under each date it would show what weight and sets/reps you performed.

It can be really motivating to see something like you increased weights in dumbell curls by 5 pounds in a month or something like that!
