TOPIC: manually enter steps or calories

I have had fitbit for a while, just started using mfp. It is so much easier now that they sync. Yesterday i forgot to wear my fitbit. During the week, I average around the same number of steps/calorie burn per day. Since it is around the same every day, I would like to enter my average so I can get more accurate reports. Anyone know how I can manually enter one or the other?

Hi, yepp just go to the excersise tab and manually enter whatever steps you'd normally do in a day. Put it in as a walk..You`ll have an idea how many cals you burn/steps/miles etc..Easy.
