Are these american style small pancakes or the really big ones that takes the whole pan?

I've made these before with a similiar recipe from the Body for Life book. They tasted pretty good but don't have the same fluffy-ness that pancakes have. If you like pancakes these are definitely worth trying.

Definately trying this since I just bought cottage cheese yesterday and I have all of the ingredients at home. Hope I like these.
