Take the Images Address..
http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8161/7313646216_d259b6437e.jpg And put [IMG] before it and [/IMG] after it. Must all be lower case... I showed in upper case so it would show up in the text... It will only work here if it's all lower case. You can find the images address by right clicking on it and goging to properties.

You're posting properly (all the posts that show the photobucket badge saying it's moved) so you know how to post pictures.
Now you need the "other tip" Your picture is stored in a folder called "wall Photos" which I can tell from the URL shown when I quote your post... only there it says Wall%20Photos which.... as much as IMG is actually the same as img MFP only handles them one way... as img is the only tag that works to show images MFP also can't handle spaces in folder or file names... so either make a new folder on photobucket that doesn't have spaces in it... maybe a MFP folder for stuff you want to share... or rename the current folder (depeding on how many pics are in there that you have linked to) So instead of "Wall Photos" you could user "MFP" or "WallPhotos" and you'll see your picture posted.

Does anyone know how to get the image to be smaller? Just successfully posted some of my photobucket pics to the "what do your meals look like" board, but half of the image is chopped off :(
