TOPIC: iphone app wont sync to online! HELP ME!!

I have the iphone and have double checked everything but my app wont connect to my online profile. The accounts have the same user name, same email, I've pressed the "all local changes Synced" button and pressed "Sync Now"! Im not sure if there is something else that I am doing wrong!

I have the same problem! I updated the software on my iphone on Sunday. Since then, MFP app will not sync with the website. I have since lost 5 months of reporting and had to start from square one. Help!

Same problem. App was working fine when I updated the software. Then had to restore my device and now it refuses to sync offline events to the web. Rather annoying. Have checked username, internet connection, etc. Even gone into the "x local changes unsynched" button on the more tab, but it just gets stuck on "synchronizing local changes" with the loading wheel.

Help greatly appreciated.

Hello MFP-

I have a slightly different "syncing" issue. I use MFP both on my iphone as well as ipad. When I look up foods on one device, it usually stores my lookup search terms. It seems however that the search terms are being stored locally on the device which can actually be pretty cumbersome because those search terms are not available under "My Foods" on other devices. So now I have to look up same search on my other device.

Would be great if all my search terms/results are stored centrally on the server, so they are universally accessible regardless of the device/website.

Appreciate your acknowledgement and building the feature in future releases.

My problem is my IPAD won't sync to the website. If I log off/on to the IPAD then it resyncs with the website, however anything I input on the iPAD doesn't sync to the website.

If your sync issues are persisting will you please make sure you've run all of your software updates in the App Store. If the problem persists after that, we'd like to collect your database logs to see if we can find the issue involved. When I open the app on my iphone (3gs) it continuously cycles and never opens. I've deleted the app and reloaded it twice and still the problem persists.
