TOPIC: 30 DS and C25K ?

So, I have been doing C25K and am in week 7 (almost done!!) I have lost about 17 lb over 9 weeks. I have hit a plateau :( Typically after I finish my runs, I get on the Total Gym and do arm workouts, plus I do some squats and crunches. My stamina for jogging has increased tremendously, and I am starting to see nice definition in my arms and legs.

I just got the 30 DS DVD, and I want to start doing that program as well. My question is - for those of you who have done it or plan to do it - would you do it in addition to the C25K training (meaning 2 workouts per day 3-4 days per week), or just alternate every other day (then it would take longer to finish the 30 DS program).

I'm thinking if I change up my workout routine a little, it will jump start my body into making that scale go in the right direction again!
