I seem to be jumping all over the place on the net to find out simple answers to questions like the minimum & maximum for a nutrient.

It's taken me 15 minutes to figure out sodium (and why salt does not equal sodium and therefore it's a 2.4g max not a 6g max) and I know potassium is linked but getting a bit fed up of trawling through multiple things.

Does anyone know a good handy comprehensive source that lists out the major nutrients and min/max guidelines? Reasons why those guidelines exist would be excellent too.

Thanks!
