Monday morning- Bootcamp Class from 615-715am
Monday night-- 4 sets of 40(situps)/ and side planks-60 seconds on each side, lower back exercises where I take a 35 pound weight and go up down like I am about to touch my toes and keep my legs straight each time; coming up at a 90 degree angle.
Tuesday night- Bootcamp Class 8-9pm
Tuesday before bed-- same as monday
Wednsday Morning- Bootcamp 615-715
Wednesday night- same as monday and tuesday
Thursday Night- Bootcamp 8-9pm
Thursday before bed- same as monday, tuesday, and wednesday
I keep myself motivated by wearinig the bikini that I want to wear for the summer and focus on the areas that are most unpleasant.
