I am a 36G and I buy Enell sports bras. Continue to wear cheaper bras but keep your regular bra on under it. The two work best together. You will SWEAT more but who cares as you are working out anyway. Send me a message or FR if you like.

I recently purchased an Enell sports bra online and I am in love, I can do plyometrics no problem. Try www.barenecessities.com and click on your bra size and all types of bras and sports bras come up! I myself am a 44H and mine fit perfectly, my back is supported and there is hardly any movement. I never thought I would find one like this. I feel your pain. I have champion, moving comfort as well as the two bra method! But my Enell is the absolute BEST sports bra I have and I will order another one! Hope this helps, good luck!bigsmile

I love Enell too! A friend told me about them. I only buy them online as they are at least $65 each in the store!!!!!!!!!!

They have a huge selection of bras (sports and otherwise) for big-busted ladies.

Also, check out www.titlenine.com--- they have sport clothing and sport bras for all sizes of women.

I love my Under Armour sports bra. I'm not sure what the "design" is called but it zips between the boobs & it crosses in the back between the shoulders. I absolutely love it because it stays TIGHT (no bouncing) and it doesn't dig into the tops of my shoulders.

I have this one too, its great!! I am not "abundantly endowed" though. I have shrinking Cs. I also love this one because you don't have to do gymnastics to get into the damn thing, lol. Just slip your arms in, kinda like a vest, and zip it up the front.

I'm a 40DDD and buy the high impact, front close ones from Lane Bryant. Watch for sales -- you can get them for about $20. Soooo worth it!

JC Penny has some good bras. Resonable pricing and you can try them on instead of having to order online.

I wear two bras to the gym: underneath is a regular bra with underwire and everything to provide support, and over top is a size-too-small sports bar to hold everything in place and absorb some of the sweat. Between the two they do everything I wish I could get in a single bra. Not an elegant solution, but with a G-cup you do what you have to.

Me too!! A regular bra, a too-tight sports bra (cheap from target but the kind with an actual size and adjustable back strap) a tight-ish workout tank and then (phew, finally!) a tank top or t-shirt. It's annoying but burpee-proof which is what my workout needs ;-)

ENELL Sports Bra!!!! I promise you will not regret trying this bra. I am a 36DDD and this is the ONLY bra that works for me. They also have a "Lite" version for everyday wear. I LOVE both these bras.

me too, me too! does anyone know how good the old navy sports bras are? they seem to have a good rating online.

Bump! I used to use the two bra method but the underwire in the first bra leaves raw spots when I run more than 5 miles.

I feel you! I had to go to a specialty store and spend ridiculous money when I was wearing 32Es

LULULEMON's Tata Tamers are the best! I am a 34DD and I don't move an inch in these.

From what I can see, sports bra manufacturers don't believe that women with larger bra sizes work out (hence why they have larger bra sizes?). I am currently doing Insanity with all of that jumping around. The XXL Target sports bra is just not cutting it with support but nothing else would even fit.

Any advice?

I wear two sports bras when I work out.

I wear a C9 by Champion® Womens Racer Back Compression Bra and then a C9 by Champion® Womens Premium Sports Bra underneath.

Wearing two keeps my boobs from bouncing when I do cardio. It smushes them, but it doesn't impede my breathing or anything.

I feel your pain - literally. I've found that Champion Sports Bras work for me.

I'm a 36F (36DDD+1), so finding bras is really difficult. I have the 36DD in the bra linked at the bottom. Since it's too small, I basically have to but the bra on above my boobs, then pull each one into the bra because it has such tight fit. Even though it's small, I DO NOT MOVE AT ALL, but it's actually comfortable! I love it! It's also vented so you don't drown your best buds.

The best is a racer back: http://www.championusa.com/workout-clothes/sports-bras-43553--1/maximum-support-bras/champion-powerback-reg%3B-underwire-sports-bra

Hope this helps!

Seriously, be prepared to spend money but its sooooo worth it. Most good bras will run you $30+, and be sure to handwash after every workout because sweat breaks down the effectiveness. Also, never use fabric softner, it decreases the wicking properties in the fabric. At my largest I was a 38DD, and back then the only good bra was the ENELL. It's great, it really holds you in but i found that it doesn't wick away moisture at all and its HOT. After using different brands over the years, I've found that Moving Comfort is one of the best brands out there. I personally wear the Fiona.. which has adjustable straps because I have large breasts but smaller shoulders.

The new Jubralee model has adjustable straps too and goes up to a size 44DD. http://www.movingcomfort.com/Jubralee/350042,default,pd.html

Also the MAIA goes up to a 44DD as well...

For DD ladies... http://www.movingcomfort.com/DD/sportsbras-DD,default,sc.html

You can find them a little cheaper on Amazon. I hope this helps! smile
