5' 3.5" Current goal weight is 140, I will re-evaluate when I get closer smile My calorie goal is 1650 but I have it set high, just .5 lb loss per week. I try to eat closer to 1400 per day.

my goal weight is 150, but would love to get to 140. my daily calories are at 1260 I think.

I'm 5'4 on a good day wink but really closer to 5'3. My goal weight is 115 - 117 or a really toned 120. I was doing 1200 calories a day and lost 13 pounds but stalled out for a few weeks so I just upped it to 1300 to see if that helps.

I'm 5'3 but its pretty close. My goal weight is 125 as of now. I'm not opposed to going lower but I don't want my clothing size to get too small.

I eat 1500 cals on average. I eat back my exercise calories too.

I'm 5ft 3 and half, my first goal is 133lbs (9st 7) depending how long it takes to get last pounds off if I reach that earlier than goal date I might try for 129lbs (9st 3) to complete Wii Fit by June but I'll see how I go.

I'm on 1200 most days with a couple of spike days a week, when I just eat what I fancy. I don't eat huge portions so doubt i go over 1500. For me a spike day just maybe allowing toast,chips or rice with dinner (usually only have salad or veg with lean white meat or fish) or a bit of chocolate and/or a brandy.

I'm 5 4 and my goal is 140lbs - daily cals set at 1260 but only just started so will see how that goes as it may need tweeking slightly. However this will encourage me to exercise more to earn more cals to eat!!

Hi. I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is 130. I'm currently 124.5 and not sweating that i'm down a bit. But to figure your daily caloric intake, you take your goal weight x 13= daily caloric intake. So mine is 130 x 13 = 1,690. Then any colories burned will add on top of that so in a typical day i need 2400ish to maintain. Sometimes its very hard to get that many but it's a great goal! I'm 5'4". My current weight is about 118/119, and my goal is about 112. I'm technically on 1200 calories a day, but I don't beat myself up too much if I'm under about 1400.

My GW might seem quite low to some people, but I have a teeny tiny frame and quite ample boobs, so I'm hoping that a few more pounds might knock me down another cup-size. (Already gone from G to FF).

I'm 5'4" and my goal is 120lbs - the weight I was when I when I was 18 lol. My calories for the day are 1400, which aims for a .5 lb loss a week

I'm 5'3, currently 169...goal weight is 145. My daily cals are set at 1500/day. Looking at you other ladies' posts...I'm thinking maybe I need to drop my cals, I haven't lost weight in two weeks.....

I'm 5'4".

My original goal weight was 150lbs. I am currently around 145lbs and have been maintaining here since Sept 2010.


My daily maintenance calories are 2300-2500 NET (though I can go as high as 2700-2800 NET and still maintain - that is just too much food for me).

I easily lose weight in the 2100-2200 NET range. :)

Mine is 150. But I will aim for 140 when I get down to my goal weight. I am eating 1200 cal a day and more when I exercise.

i'm 5'4" and i'm 130 currently. hoping to get down to 120 maybe- i mostly just want to be toned and "fit" looking at this point :)

Im 5'4" i started at 250lbs im 154 atm down 95 lbs. my calories are set at 1250. My goal atm is 145. I would love to be lower but.... I came to a platuae with all my working out this last few months. Idk if its muscle gain, but many say to eat more calories cause i wasnt eTing my excersise cals. So i upped them a few days ago. To eat back at least half my excersise cals. Nothing yet. Sigh.... I have alot of extra skin tho so even at 145 i probably am 10 lbs or so less if skin was removed.

I am 5'4.5" and my goal weight is 150, but like others, I will re-evaluate when I get to 150 and push for 140. Only 17 pounds to get to my first goal!

5'4", goal is 130 lbs and then when I get there I'll see how I feel at that weight and whether I want to stay there or keep going lower. Currently eating about 1200-1400 calories a day.

5'3", 1200 intake
I don't know about my goal weight. Right now, I'm 121. I'm hoping to be the size I once was which was around 100. However, this time, I want to build muscle which will directly affect my goal weight. MFP suggested 1200 calorie intake.

Most numbers I do for this height with an activity of 1.5 or Moderate activity fall within the 1600-1800 range.
This offers maximum lean mass retention, something that is pretty low in shorter people, with maximum fat metabolism.

5'4" current weight 182 gw 140 atm i'm on 1330 cals a day to allow 1-1.5lb loss weekly but sometimes i don't acheive it

My calorie is supposed to be 1200, but I never hit it. I just seem to hover around 800 and I am eating healthy.

My goal is between 148-158, think that is good for my height 5'4".5, body type & age.

So you'd suggest for someone who works out 7x a week, burning 400-500 calories....should be taking in at least 1600 a day? I don't know if I should lower from 1500 or stay there, I haven't really had any consistent weight loss at this calorie setting.

i'm just under 5'4 and I'm around 130-135 currently...would like to get under 130 but we'll see. I have a really muscular body and a "large frame" according to doctors. I eat around 1400-1450 right now.

I ate between 600-800 calories a day for 5 years and maintained my weight until I suddenly gained 10 pounds when my metabolism gave up. Just word to the wise.
