TOPIC: No carbs 2 days a week

I read in my health and fitness magazine that eating no carbs 2 days a week is more effective then restricting calories. I am not sure whether I believe this or not and was wondering if anybody has tried this. If so could you give some insight as to what low carb (or no carb) foods you eat?

I would like to try this just to mix things up a bit.

You're close on this one.
I've lost 152 pounds in the past 24 months.
The way to go is a low carb high fat diet.
Cut as much cards out as you can. Less than 50 grams a day. 20 is better.
