Does anyone know how many calories roughly you burn doing this workout? I've looked through all the listed exercises but, I'm not sure what it would be the most like.

is it circuit training? if so I would put it in as that

I haven't really seen it, but my guess would be either circuit training or general aerobics...If I'm ever really unsure about something and I know I'm moving I'll put it under general or low impact aerobics... I'd rather under or general estimate than over estimate. Good luck!

Here's a link I found where you input your weight and then how many minutes you did of the BL 30 Day Jumpstart and it will calculate your calories burned for you.
