I am interested in this for sure!

I just started back to the gym today so this will be a good motivator!!

Feb. 3/12-30 minutes on the treadmill.

I plan on working out Mon-Fri b/c my gym is at my work.

I'd like to get in on this. I'm a new MFPer and need to motivate to get my exercise up.

02/02: 31 minutes running + 20 minutes weights = 55 min so far

Feb 2 - 40 minutes treadmill, 6 minutes rowing,
Feb 3 - 40 minutes treadmill, 6 minutes rowing, 20 minute brisk lunch walk

Total to date: 188 minutes. 812 to go!
