TOPIC: I need help connecting my fitbit to my fitness pal account

I signed up for my fitness pal and connected my fitbit, then changed my mind and cancelled my account. Later I decided to give it a try over the weekend. I could no longer access the account and created a new one. The problem: my new account thinks my fitbit is already connected to the old account. Can you help me with this?

1) Go to FitBit.com and go into your profile
2) Click on "Edit Profile"
3) Click on "Applications"
4) Click on "Revoke Access" next to the MyFitnessPal link

I walked myself through the site to do this, so it should be no problem. Hope it helps!

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the account that my fitbit is linked to. I wonder if there's another way to reach tech support?

I did something very similar to that and am now struggling with the same issue. I connected fitbit to fitnesspal last week, but then changed my mind and unconnected the two. I am once again interested in using fitnesspal and fitbit together but I can no longer reconnect. Selecting the Connect button freezes my screen. Grrrrrrrr.

I got a fitbit this weekend. I cannot get to the "page" to sync the two together. When I go to the applications on fitbit.com and click MFP, it takes me the page here to connect your fitbit. When I click that, it takes me to a blank page. If I try going to my tools on MFP, it does the same thing. Is this a problem on this end or something with my computer. I've been able to link FB and Twitter to my fitbit, no problems.

I am having the same issue. When I follow the link to sync with fitbit, I only get a blank page. Help me too!!??

I am having the same issue of gettng the blank page when clicking on connect to fitbit account... I'm frustrated!

Same issue. THe page just goes blank for me.
