"Green Monster Smoothies" with 1/2 scoop EAS whey protein powder added. My Green Monsters usually include: 1 cup baby spinach; 1/4 to 1/2 cup Fage plain, nonfat greek yogurt; half a frozen banana; 1 tsp chia seeds; 1-2 tsp peanut butter; 1/2 scoop chocolate OR vanilla EAS whey protein powder (I get a huge bag from Costco); 1/4 to 1/2 cup water, as needed.

Other frozen fruit works well, I love frozen banana and cherries together.

I use Ideal Shape and have lots of favorite recipes, but my number one is probably my Butterfinger!

8oz unsweetened almond milk
1 school chocolate ideal shape
1-2tbsp sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
2tbsp peanut butter OR PB2

Its fan-freaking-tastic! :o)

I like vanilla protein powder with milk, blended with a frozen banana, like a pina colada!

it's a twist to slim fast...I drink this when i have ran out of my Whey mix...
1 can french vanilla slim fast
1/4 banana
1 tbs dark chocolate chips
1/8 cup almonds
few ice cubes

blend all ingredients until smooth. It is very tasty, almost reminds me of an ice cream shake. I sometimes add 1tbs of natural peanut butter. The receipe as is, is about 305 cal & 13 g Protein.
