I have been a member of this website for just under a year. I have a Nokia N8. When I first joined and saw there were apps (I actually discovered this site from a friend that had the app on an iphone and originally tried to download an app but got the wrong place.) I tried again to download an app for my phone only to discover you only offered apps to iphones blackberrys and androids. I asked along with other Nokia owners for a Nokia app to be added but instead a windows phone and an ipad has been added. Although most people follow tin crowd and get either an iphone or a blackberry I make my own decisions and went with a Nokia. Could you please make an app available for us Nokia users please? Thanks.

I agree with you, apps for other phones like Nokia and Samsung would be good. I either have samsung or nokia phones as i like to keep my phone for what it was really designed for in the first place.

a friend of mine told me about the app now i wanted to start this and it would have been nice to have the app on my phone but they dont have it i have a nokia c6-000 and it really sucks not to have it so yeah can you guys make it for nikia phones also? please

wow! it's been a while already but still no mfp app for nokia user :(. i love my n8, never think to replace it since it good from day 1...

I'd like to suggest this too, please write a similar application for SYMBIAN OS. It might be a dead OS but believe me it still has 100s millions of users especially in BRIC countries.

The benefits are two fold

1. myFitnessPal would dominate that particular OS and hence lock-in more users (not that many competitors, myFitnessPal would dominate and become the defacto app quickly).

2. thousands more would benefit and have healthier lives

I own Samsung S2 but a lot of my friends (and I mean A LOT) have symbian/nokia phones. I try my best to "evangelise" them (lost 9 pounds so far) with myFitnessPal, just hope there's actually an App for them to download. :)

Nokia E71 user here - I pretty much don't use My Fitness Pal anymore, because I can only log in by computer so I have to try and remember what I have eaten since I last logged in.... and I can't!

My friends are also members but are able to get the apps on their phones so they log it as they eat it. It was supposed to be a joint effort when we started only 2-3 weeks ago, but I think I will have to use a different site to them because without the use of an app I just can't make proper use of the site (unless I note what I eat with a pen & paper so I remember when I log in - ain't gonna happen).

Shame, having my friends join in with me would really help... I guess I could always get them to join whichever site I find that has a wider choice of apps?

I will let you all know if I find a good alternative.

nokia e71 user and would love to be able to add the app for all nokia phones so we too can stay up to date with our food intakes ,exercises ect instead of trying to remember everything when we get home after a long day out..as you can never remember everything...please can you please make an app for the nokia users please.
