There is so much that i appreciate about this app. And perhaps i'm missing how to do this: When i meet with my nutritionist, it would be helpful if the report options would include the ability to report everything. While "mynetdiary" has a tedious entry process compared to yours, they do have a robust report feature. It tracks everything including vitamins and can be printed out in a spreadsheet format that allows both the nutritionist and i to view daily as well as weekly, all the data that has been entered. All i seem to be able to do is generate a per item report (i.e. calories or protein or carbs, etc., but not all together, let alone all the data that is present.)
i would pay a lot annually if your system provided the same feature. I'm soooo grateful for the 1.2 million foods in your database, b/c virtually everything i eat, which is healthy, is recognized. unfortunately, mynetdiary only as 1/3 the amount of foods.
Thanks so much, and happy new year! chris.

when you go to your food diary, at the bottom theres a link to "View Full Report (Printable). this is what i used when i would visit my dietician..you can select the range (daily or weekly or monthly, whatever..)
it doesnt do all the viatmins, but it does show more than each individual report graph. hope that helps, some

Thanks so much as yes it does help. my nutritionist found it to be much more helpful. a new question: is there a way to recommend to this website, to include the carb, fat, protein daily percentage? my nutritionist is encouraging me to pay attention to the daily percentage intake of these 3 and having it would help. mynetdiary.com does include the percentages as well as many vitamins and also the different kinds of fats.
Again, thanks soooo much! chris. |

I dont know if you can include the percentages in the printouts, but i know you can set your own, if your doctor has recommended something other than the default for mfp. go to the Home tab and click Goals. Change Goals button, then select Custom. You should be able to change everything you need there :)
