Angievaughn, do you track your body fat percentage? Working the formula that lets you know how much of your scale weight is from fat and how much is from lean body mass, will let you see how much fat you are carrying and that amount isn't how much you need to lose.

Well - they both weigh 5 lbs - one is very lean and the other not so much.
5lbs of fat takes up more space!!!

I also dropped the amount in the display I still have bout 15 to go but hoping
to get there before my holidays next year

There are seriously many people who think that muscle weighs more than fat. I guess he couldn't resist! laugh At least your answer was a correct one. I'm just waiting to see who tells him the 5 lbs. of muscle weighs more than the 5 lbs. of fat! LOL

That is disgusting!!! I have lost nearly 2 times of the 20lbs! Just looking at it makes me sick!

My weight loss goal is all of those combined! Wonderful!

I definitely feel every extra pound when I'm outside doing my C25K training grumble
