At my gym, I use the Precor Adaptive Motion Trainer. I would love if it could be added officially to the database.

LOVE it! I normally use that as elliptical and then put in my own calories.

Love the AMT too. I log it as elliptical, it's very similar.

That's what I use. I had no idea that is what it is called. I would use elliptical in the data base.

I also use the Precor AMT and would love to see it added to the database. I know people have said they use the elliptical as a substitute because it seems similar, but I have tried both at my gym and the AMT is definitely a more challenging workout.

Totally agree.
Trainers at my gym say they are planning to replace all the ellipticals with AMTs.

There are lots of things that aren't in the database, and they won't be added. It's very easy to add your own exercises.

I use this machien 5 times a week. Itis my favorite.

Hard to add it to the database weh individual results vary. I do it at resistence 20 (I built up to this over a few months) and for 60 minutes. Its calorie count seems accurate for me as the 1000 calories per day I burn on it are consistent with my weight loss.

But many people I see workign near me go at a resistence and pace that burn half that many calories per minute.

My favorite machine at the gym too --- butI still wouldn't use something programmed here.
Get yourself a good HRM with a chest strap and create your own exercise. Most of the stuff programmed here isn't accuerate anyway.

It's my favorite too! My only complaint is that Precor needs to improve the design to make them more durable and easier to maintain.
