Does it really matter?
I've heard you absorb better when you're sleeping, true?

I have a hard time sleeping when I take mine at night.

Not true, you absorb them just the same. I guess id say in the morning, because some do not stay stored in your body, so you have a longer period of time to access them, but really, as long as you do it at a consistent time, doesnt matter all that much

Not speaking scientifically here, but I like to take mine at night. I like the idea of having them available when my body is doing the bulk of its repairing/rebuilding tissue.

Some vitamins are fat soluble and thus are absorbed better when taken with or near a meal. Also, B vitamins have stimulant effects and can keep you awake if you take them at night. Other people have stomach upset when taking a multivitamin on an empty stomach. So, late morning to mid-day is actually best.
