I am loving the low carb tortillas out there. Tonight I was craving chips and salsa so this is what I did.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Take one low carb tortilla (I used the La Tortilla whole wheat which is about 3 net carbs)

Spray with PAM.

Sprinkle both sides with cumin and a seasoning of your choice (I was out of Cholula so I subbed Znax)

Cut them into 8 triangles.

Bake for 15 minutes.

8 Chips and about 1/2 cup salsa....satisfied me!

I was recently thinking about deep frying low carb tortillas to make chips for spinach dip (I sooo miss spinach dip!) because I didn't think that baking them would work.

I'm so stoked that I won't have to fry them! Also, I'd bet they'd be AWESOME with some Splenda and cinnamon!
