Can I import data from another application? I lost 18 lbs and I do not want to lose my history.

I am not sure if there is a simple way but you can go back on your start weight and date and change it. Like if you just started MFP today but you have been working out and eating right since June 1 2011 just put start date as June 1st and what your start weight was. You may even be able to fill in past food data
I know I started this app about a month after I started losing weight. So I changed start date and start weight so I could see all my progress. I hope this helped sorry if it didnt |

I'm a programmer, so I just used the export from my previous tracker to get the data in an email, then used Selenium to automate entering it into that page. This is not something for the average user, but there's no way I was going to enter 100+ data points into the form by hand.
It would be a really nice way to welcome new members if they could import at least weight (and measurement) records.
