i love the no calorie noodles i order mine from the link below. they have many diffentent styles from traditional to elbow mac. if you search the internet you can find lots of ideas on how to cook them. find what taste right for you. i have even bought the block style and made a lasana using fat free cheeses.

FYI- the noodles are good BUT be prepared for a "fishy" smell when you open the package. The smell will go away as you rinse the noodles thoroughly.

@mommymeyersto
You are correct, of course! I happen to love fish so the smell is not objectionable to me. A good rinse and the smell is gone-- plus once it hits the frying pan it's REALLY gone. Thanks for pointing this out! -Chelle

I love these noodles! I like the 'fettuccine style' wide noodles even better. Sprouts are a great idea for filler, I usually make mine with crushed tomatoes, basil, tons of mushrooms & onion & garlic. And some ground turkey or buffalo if I have it, a little goes a long way in the sauce. Thanks for the soup idea, kim chee sounds great for adding lots of flavor.

One small caution, the smell of these noodles is really almost frightening until you rinse them
After cooking it is totally gone though.

So excited to see this! I picked up some of these noodles recently, and have been contemplating how to prepare them. They were in the cooled produce section of my local Meijer store. I think I'm gonna try them tomorrow! I LOVE noodles! Yay!
